What changes between the three tiers?
Only the monthly price and number of Cartune Credits change. Access is $30 per month for 1 credit, Collector is $55 per month for 2 credits, and Studio is $75 per month for 3 credits. Every tier includes 24-hour early access to eligible drops and the ability to redeem available credits on eligible products.
What is a Cartune Credit?
A Cartune Credit is a non-cash membership unit used only for eligible Cartune Threads products at the credit amount shown for that product. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or refunded for cash. The $35 product-value comparison explains membership savings; it is not a storewide dollar conversion rate.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused credits remain attached to your profile without a fixed maximum while your membership is active. During an approved 30-day pause, your existing credits remain available, but you are not billed and no new credits are issued.
How do billing and renewal work?
Your selected membership renews automatically each month using the payment method on file. Credits are added only after a successful payment. Each customer may have one active membership; to receive a different monthly credit amount, change or upgrade the existing plan.
What happens if I pause or cancel?
An approved pause lasts 30 days. You are not billed and receive no new credits during the pause, but your existing balance remains available. If you cancel, future renewals and new credits stop. You then have 30 calendar days from the cancellation date to use the credits already in your account. Any unused balance expires after that 30-day period.
How do I redeem my credits?
Sign in to your profile, open the Credit Shop, select an eligible in-stock product, and make sure your balance covers the displayed credit cost. Sold-out products may remain visible for reference but cannot be redeemed until available. You can still purchase products with an accepted payment method.
Why do I need a profile?
Your Shopify customer profile securely connects your identity, membership, available credit balance, purchases, and redemptions. Sign in whenever you want to view or use credits or manage your membership.
Can I buy extra credit packs?
No. Cartune Threads does not currently sell standalone credit packs. If you want more credits each month, use the membership portal to upgrade your existing membership.
