Cartune Credits Membership Terms & Credit Policy

Cartune Credits Membership Terms & Credit Policy

Effective July 23, 2026

This policy applies to Cartune Credits memberships offered by Cartune Threads. By purchasing, renewing, pausing, using, or managing a membership, you agree to these terms together with the store’s other posted policies.

1. Membership plans and recurring billing

  • Access: $30 per month and 1 Cartune Credit after each successful monthly payment.
  • Collector: $55 per month and 2 Cartune Credits after each successful monthly payment.
  • Studio: $75 per month and 3 Cartune Credits after each successful monthly payment.

Memberships renew automatically each month using the payment method on file until paused or canceled. Billing is based on the original purchase or renewal date shown in the customer’s membership portal. Prices may change prospectively after notice where required by law.

2. Customer account and membership limits

A Shopify customer account is required so Cartune Threads can attach credits, membership status, purchases, and redemptions to the correct customer. Each customer may have only one active Cartune Credits membership at a time. Customers who want a different monthly credit allotment must upgrade or change their existing membership rather than start a second membership.

3. What a Cartune Credit is

A Cartune Credit is a non-cash membership unit that may be redeemed only for eligible Cartune Threads products at the credit amount displayed for that product. Credits are not money, gift cards, stored value, or property; they have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, refunded for cash, or redeemed outside Cartune Threads. References to one credit representing $35 of product value are a marketing comparison only and do not create a storewide dollar conversion rate or guarantee that every $35 of merchandise can be purchased with one credit.

4. Earning and carrying credits

Credits are added only after a successful membership payment and remain attached to the customer’s account. Unused credits roll over without a fixed maximum while the membership remains active. Cartune Threads does not currently sell standalone credit packs.

5. Eligible products and redemption

Customers must be signed in and have enough available credits to redeem an eligible product. The product page or credit shop shows the credit cost that applies. Product eligibility, credit cost, sizes, variants, and inventory may change. Sold-out products may remain visible for reference but cannot be redeemed until available. Customers may use a normal accepted payment method for products or balances not covered by credits.

6. Pausing a membership

An approved pause lasts 30 days. During the pause, no membership payment is collected and no new credits are issued. Existing credits remain attached to the account and available for eligible redemption. The membership automatically resumes after the pause unless the customer cancels or otherwise changes it before the scheduled resume date.

7. Canceling a membership and credit expiration

Cancellation stops future membership renewals and stops the issuance of new credits. A customer may use credits already in the account for 30 calendar days beginning on the cancellation date. Any unused credits expire at the end of that 30-day period and are removed from the account. Canceling does not reverse completed product redemptions. Before cancellation is completed, customers should review the balance and expiration notice shown in the membership portal.

8. Failed payments and account closure

If a renewal payment fails, Cartune Threads or its subscription provider may retry the payment, notify the customer, pause benefits, or cancel the membership. When a membership is canceled after unsuccessful billing, the same 30-day credit-use period generally applies. Cartune Threads may suspend or close an account immediately for fraud, chargeback abuse, manipulation of credits, or other misuse, subject to applicable law.

9. Upgrades and plan changes

Customers may use the membership portal to request an available upgrade or plan change. The portal will show the applicable price, credit allotment, billing date, and effective date before the change is confirmed. A plan change does not create a second membership.

10. Returns and credits

Returns remain subject to the Cartune Threads return and refund policy. When an eligible product purchased with credits is accepted for return, the applicable credits are restored to the customer’s account rather than refunded as cash. Restored credits remain subject to the original membership and cancellation expiration rules, including any existing 30-day post-cancellation deadline.

11. Early access and product availability

Active members may receive 24-hour early access to eligible new drops. Early access does not guarantee inventory, a specific size or variant, or the ability to purchase every release with credits.

12. Changes, enforcement, and contact

Cartune Threads may update these terms, eligible products, plan features, or credit requirements prospectively. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. If any part of this policy conflicts with non-waivable consumer law, that law controls and the remaining terms continue to apply. Questions about membership billing, credits, pausing, cancellation, or redemption may be submitted through the Cartune Threads Contact page.
